Be my test subject...

Ok readers, I am ready to start a suggested (I hear you WC) experiment, and I need your help.
I am looking for brave souls who would like to see their current wardrobes with fresh eyes. The requirements: in the Denver area, open your closet to me and let me "rethink" things for you. You will have to be willing to let me take pictures and do a post (or a few) featuring some of the new combinations I come up with - and YES you have to be wearing them!!

How brave are you? Brave enough to let Keri dress you up and take her up on her suggestions?

5.3.09 - shopping SCORE and a Poll

Can we talk about how happy I am about THIS dress above? It is a J Crew that still had original tags on it, and I grabbed it for $8.00 at Good Will. Can you say "Keri's summer wedding uniform has been found!?" Yes, I know the black socks kind of distract, but I wanted to take a pic AND have warm feet!!

Now, here is the other dress I got - an "everyday" kind of thing and I thought it looked adorable on the hanger... but now I am not so sure about it. My boobs seem to be at my waist or something...
You tell me? Do I just need jazzy accesories, or does it qualify for "return immediately" status? (no, I didn't iron it.. if I am taking it back, I am not pressing it for someone else!)

"Super Important" Poll

Sunday will be a casual church service followed by brunch a fabulous restaurant in uptown Denver, and I am torn on how to sport my beloved new lime green dress....
I know, super important stuff, right? But still, I am torn - so you tell me which one

4.3.09 - Work and a date with The Hub!

So I was SO excited to get this dress.. I think it will be great with white and gold accessories in the summer (and I got it for $5.00 from Newport News through a speical offer - can't beat that either!) I got it yesterday and couldn't wait to wear it...

4.2.09 - Work

I love this dress, but I always forget just how great it is until I put it on again.. I am making a mental note that this (I actually have on a little black cardi, the dress has cute cap sleeves) is my new "go to " dress - it always looks great, even on "fat" or "frumpy" or "can't stand to look at myself" kind of days... it would work for lots of different things, and it is very comfortable, hangs well, and doesn't require too much thought...

I like them all, but I actually think I look forward to Fall the most, at least in terms of clothing.. I love layers, love rich, thick fabrics, and I LOVE coats and jackets...
