Serious - it's freakin' cold.
Side note, you really can't see them in this shot, but I have on my fave big silver earrings, one of which disappeared sometime in the course of the day, leaving me looking like a pirate for goodness knows how long before I realized it was gone, and also leaving me grieving the loss of the earring. Boo.
